Description of Services

The Site provides Members with the ability to participate in an e-wrestling community. This includes interacting with other Members through a variety of online communication channels including forums and private messaging. Through interactions with the site users are able to share textual and graphical .Member Created Content..

Member Accounts

Prior to joining the community you must sign up for an account using an automated registration process. Once you receive your password you are a .Member. of the community.

To maintain the historical integrity of the ongoing community member accounts generally cannot be terminated. Geeksoft reserves the right to terminate or ban users from any or all parts of the Site for any reason at any time.

Content Ownership and Copyright

Members retain ownership of all Member Created Content hosted on the Site. Geeksoft does not claim any responsibility or copyright for Member Created Content. As a Member you are individually responsible for your Member Created Content. By transferring content onto the Site you explicitly claim the rights to do so. By transferring content onto the Site you grant Geeksoft a non-exclusive license to publish, store, and reuse this content in any way Geeksoft sees fit. Geeksoft reserves the right to remove any Member Created Content for any reason.

Geeksoft created content (text, images, source code, layouts, design, logos, etc.) provided by the Site are protected by international copyright laws. The owner of the copyright is Geeksoft. You may not modify or reproduce any content via any media without written consent from Geeksoft.

Intellectual Property Policy

Geeksoft does not condone the violation of international copyright laws. If you believe Member Created Content infringes on your intellectual property rights Geeksoft will work with you to remove content hosted on the Site once properly notified. Notification should be sent via mail to the address below and should:

  1. Identify the copyrighted work (the work you own)
  2. Identify the infringing content, including web addresses and descriptions
  3. Provide your mailing address and telephone number
