[Genesis 29 kicks off with a bang. Strobe lights go off as Keep Yourself Alive by Queen blares throughout the arena. A couple shots of pyrotechnics pop off as the camera pans around to show that Genesis is once again filling a packed house. The camera then focuses in on our commentators.]

Joe Gardner - Hello everyone and welcome to the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado I'm Joe Gardner!"

Eddy Roth - And I'm Eddy Roth!

Joe Gardner - We've got a great show lined up for you tonight! Lets get straight into the action!

[The camera then switches to the ring where a referee is standing at the ready.]

Standard One Fall Singles Match

The fans were ready for some action but unfortunately it wouldn't come with this match. Adams made his way down to the ring but Eidolon was no where to be seen when he was announced. As the ref announced Adams the winner by default the commentators speculated that perhaps Eidolon ran into troubles with the law based on his violent nature and the content of he scenes.

Winner by Countout: "The Evolution" Scott Adams
Match Value: $894.00
Standard One Fall Singles Match

These two fought it out for a while but eventually the match was stopped by the referee. He had decided that neither of them was putting in a good effort and not giving the fans a good show. Rather than continuing and potentially ending in a hurt competitor he announced this match as a time limit draw.

Time Limit Draw

WTF! I definitely specified that Baman should win this match and I definitely specified that he should win by pin fall... As a result that's how I'm writing this and I'm adding a win to Baman's record.

The ref knowing that Baman was associated with Piderman was leary about this match from the beginning. This time however Baman proved that he had the drive and determination by capitalizing on a few key mistakes by Garreth Vincent and putting on a good show. The match ended when Baman ran toward Vincent and hit the Tumble Smash sending him flying to the mat. He covered Vincent and gained the win by pin fall.

In an unfortunate turn of events neither of these men made their way out to the ring.

In a tremendous display of power Shinji dominated the match against the Paperboy. He finished the match by Leashing the Beast. As he did this Lady Kozue watched excitedly on the outside and she seemed to have some sort of physical satisfaction from watching Shinji obtain the win.

Winner by Submission: Shinji

Something Wicked This Way Comes

[ We are taken to the backstage area of the Pepsi Center, where Genesis interviewer Alan North stands poised and ready, a microphone held firmly in his hand. Dressed ever so casually with a blue wifebeater and a suede jacket, he carries a certain confidence level about him; he would easily be mistaken for just another person, a fan, or a VIP, but the fans of Genesis know better. ]

Alan North: Alan North here, and what a show it has been so far! Up next is the Television Championship match, pitting Tony "The Devil" Vendetti up against Stephen Messier, who defeated Danny Jackpot last week and looks to make his first-ever title defense! We are going to attempt to get a word with the champi-

[ Alan North stops short, and a bewildered look crosses his face. He squints his eyes, and looks around the immediate area. The camera pans back and forth. ]

Alan North: Uh.. did you hear that?

[ Faintly, coming from somewhere in the background, a grinding noise is heard. Alan North takes a short walk to a cement corridor, the sound growing louder, and he spots the source of the disturbance. A man cloaked in darkness is walking down the hall, dragging something behind him... ]

Alan North: What in the world...

[ Visibly becoming unsteady, Alan North stands frozen in place as the man draws closer, closer... the sound becoming louder, louder.. until the man in question passes under a stray light. It is none other than Tony Vendetti, dragging behind him a steel chair, letting it scrape unceremoniously across the floor. He bears a very dull, blank expression as he assumingly heads toward the ring. ]

Alan North: T-Tony Vendetti! It's Tony Vendetti...maybe we can get a few words out of him... ahem.. Tony, Tony! I was just wondering, uh, what your thoughts were on-

[ The Devil brisks right passed him, nearly knocking Alan North over. As a matter of fact, Alan is tossed off-balance and has to use the wall to prevent himself from falling. The cameraman also shuffles out of the way as Tony pushes by, chair in tow, almost as if they weren't even there. ]

Alan North: Well that was...certainly strange..

[ Just then, a crack streaks down the screen. Alan turns to look directly into the camera, looking shocked, as another crack appears, and then another. Static starts to replace the image, and the sound becomes distorted. ]

Alan North: Th-the c-camera!

[ Suddenly, the feed is lost. The last thing you hear is the sound of steel against concrete, fading, fading, until eventually it is gone... ]

Standard One Fall Singles Match for the Television Championship

This match was really evenly fought. Vendetti tried to overpower Messier but found it hard to stop him from flying around the ring. The moves that Vendetti hit seemed to wind Messier pretty easily but he kept coming back. After a while of being annoyed Vendetti reached to the outside where there was a mangled steel chair which he had brought down to the ring with him. He slammed it across Messier and then proceeded to stomp away at him. The ref announced Messier as the winner and then Vendetti hopped out to grab Messier's wheelchair. He tosses it over the top rope and climbs back in. He then proceeded to slam it onto Messier who was left writhing in pain.

Winner by Disqualification: Stephen Messier
Match Value: $1,258.00
Missing Client

[ The scene fades to the back and we see the shot of a man from the back who is standing in front of a not so happy Jayson Burr in a makeshift office.]

Jayson Burr - What do you mean he's not here?

Familiar Male Voice - I dunno! I can't find him!

Jayson Burr - Do you realize what this means? I can demand certain things of you! I did it with Iser!

Familiar Male Voice - No! You can't! Believe me I knew what I was getting into signing Future into my agency! I have no contracts with Genesis! My payment comes from Future directly!

Jayson Burr - Well then I guess his payment will have to take a hit then won't it? Go and try to find Future, if you do tell him to get his ass out there or he's facing a huge fine!

[ The man turns around and reveals himself to be Matt Smith. He hurriedly and worriedly rushes out of Jayson office as the scene fades to a commercial break. ]

Standard One Fall Singles Match

As the scene fades back from commercial we hear Future be announced out to the ring. Nicole Eckart is then handed a note card. She then announces Kintaru who comes out ready to fight. After this she once again announces Future. She waits a moment as Kintaru smiles wildly. She then announces Kintaru as the winner by default.

Winner by Countout: Kintaru
Match Value: $1,330.00
Standard One Fall Singles Match

In his first non-costumed match Giovanni Parker received a mixed reaction. Jackpot was still booed pretty heavily. Before the match both men proceeded to mock the other fairly heavily. Jackpot marching around as if he were a superhero and Parker brushing him off as if he wasn't all there. When the match eventually did take place it was fairly evenly fought and a great match to watch. Giovanni got the win with a Judo Hip Toss and a cover.

Winner by Pin Fall: Giovanni Parker
Match Value: $1,423.00
Standard One Fall Singles Match

This match was a match for the ages. It was evenly fought and lasted for a good length of time. It went back and forth but appeared to be all over when Kendrix nailed the Crash and Burn Chokeslam on Kendrix. Weakened from the battle he gave a sloppy cover and Rooster managed to get a shoulder up. After this Kendrix continued his assualt on Rooster who eventually seemed to get a second wind and capitalized on a key mistake of Kendrix's moving out of the way when Kendrix attempted an uncharacteristic high risk maneuver. Both men struggled back to their feet and in the end it was Rooster who was able to gain the momentum needed to get the job done. He finished Kendrix after leaping to the top rope and landing a bulldog which dragged Kendrix's face across the mat.

Winner by Pin Fall: Jim Rooster
Match Value: $1,449.00
REENTER.AT.SUCH

[After the match Rooster motioned for gold at his waist and climbed out of the ring making his way to the back. Kendrix slowly pushed himself up and shook his head in disappointment. He then started for the ropes to leave when all of a sudden, all the lights went out. Many screams are heard throughout the arena]

Joe Gardner - What the...?

Eddy Roth - What's going on?

Joe Gardner - I don't know! It seems like we have some sort of technical difficul...

[Suddenly, the entrance ramp is illuminated by static on its giant screen. The static stops after a few seconds, and "REENTER.AT.SUCH.12.07.09" appears.]

Joe Gardner - What the hell does that mean?

Eddy Roth - I don't know! But I sure as hell hope these lights come back on...

[The screen goes black for a second, and then a new message appears.]

-One down, two to go.-

[The lights flicker back on, and James Kendrix is seen lying lifeless in the middle of the ring. Referees and cameramen quickly run to his side to see if he's okay. One of the referees holds up an object for the camera to see.]

Eddy Roth - Is that...?

Joe Gardner - Its a playing card! It seems to be...

Eddy Roth - A queen! How the hell did that get there?

Joe Gardner - I'm guessing his attacker left it for him. But what could it mean?

Eddy Roth - I don't know, but I sure hope Kendrix is okay...

[The scene fades to black as paramedics rush to the ring to help Kendrix.]
